About this app

A small, invite-only shopping list for people who already trust each other — multi-device, multi-list, share by handle. Not a social network.

What it is

• Shared lists on any device — log in on your phone in the store and on a PC at home.
• Multiple lists — Costco, pharmacy, weekly staples, etc.
• Check off items — done items stay until you restore them (e.g. “Milk” when you run out again).
• Share a list — owner adds editors by handle; editors can leave.
• Copy a list — fork someone else’s list into one you own.
• Invite-only accounts — someone you know sends a link; no public signup.
• Handle + password only — no email or phone collected.
• Voice add — on browsers that support it, speak items into the add field.

What it is not

• Not open registration — you cannot create an account without an invite link.
• Not email / SMS recovery — if you forget your password, there is no reset mail. Change password while logged in, or ask an admin to remove the account and get a new invite.
• Not a social app — no feeds, follows, public profiles, or discovery of strangers.
• Not a store catalog — free-text items only; no barcodes, prices, or aisle databases.
• Not real-time multiplayer chat — shared lists update when you use the app; no live cursors.
• Not enterprise IAM — one admin role for emergencies; no SSO, SCIM, or peer-vote moderation.

Privacy & trust model

This is an anonymous platform by design. The app does not track your location or your shopping habits. It does not sell, share, or ship your lists to third parties or any outside entities. It does not share your “identity” — because you do not have one here beyond the handle you choose (and the people you invite or share with).

Accounts exist because someone invited you. Lists are private unless you share them. An admin can remove accounts (and lists they own) if needed. Use a strong password; a password manager is strongly recommended. There is no email recovery.

Tips

• Mark items Got it while shopping; restore later when you need them again.
• Use separate lists per store so the phone screen stays short in the aisle.
• Invite family with Account & tools → Invite someone, then share specific lists by handle.
